Appointments
First Visit
In order to treat each individual thoroughly, the first visit to our office consists of a one-on-one meeting with Dr. Fisher. You will be asked to complete a health history/personal information form. Digital photographs will be taken, and x-rays may or may not be recommended. Dr. Fisher will take the time to listen to your concerns and perform a comprehensive exam. This is a totally painless, information-gathering session. Dr. Fisher will then discuss treatment options and recommendations based upon her findings. This is a great opportunity to ask questions and express concerns so that Dr. Fisher can understand how best to approach treatment recommendations for you. This is also a great time to discuss cosmetic desires, dental fears, and express long term dental goals.

Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with a 48 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient fails to show or give 48 hours notice.
